控制轧制微合金钢的屈服强度估算

摘要: 设计了12个不同的控制轧制、控制冷却及模拟卷取工艺,分别改变奥氏体未 再结晶区的终轧温度、轧制后冷却速率及卷取温度。实验研究了不同工艺条件下的Nb(C,N)析出、位错密度、亚晶状态、织构状态以及铁素体晶粒尺寸和珠光体分数。详细讨论并计算最它们对于屈服强度的各自作用。综合分析了了各种强化机制作用的大小及其相互间的交互作用,证实了在奥氏体单相区终轧,主要的强度贡献来源于细化晶粒,而亚晶强化、织构强化及珠光体强化可以不予考虑。析出强化σp和位错强化σd之间存在着不可忽视的交互作用。提出了一个新的控制轧制微合金钢屈服强度σy的估算公式。

Abstract: 12 Processes with various controlled-rolling, controlled-cooling and coiling temperatures have been designed. The behavior of Nb (C,N) precipitation, dislocation density, sub grain state, texture, ferrite grain size and pealite fraction have been examined experimentally. Each strengthening effect has been calculated and the interaction between them have been analysised, as a result of which it can be concluded that fine grain strengthening is the most important strengthening mechanism and subgrain strengthening, texture strengthening and pealite strengthening can be neglected under the condition finished in austenite range, and there are heavy interactions between precipitation and dislocation strengthening. A new yield strength evaluation formula for controlling rolled micrealloyed steels finished in austenite range has been built.
