活齿传动齿廓修形原理及方法研究

摘要: 本文建立了活齿传动的结构模型,推导出共轭齿廓修形曲线方程式;在分析五种修形量修形特征的基础上,创立了以改善啮合条件、提高承载能力和啮合效率为目标的“顶根修形法”和“转角等距移距修形法”;还提出两种工艺简单的共轭齿廓间接修形法,研究成果完善了共轭齿廓修形理论及方法。

Abstract: The structural model is established in this paper, and a curve equation used for modifying conjugate profiles is given. On the basis of analyzing the five kinds of modification features, this paper presents the methods of Tip and Root Modification and Rotating Angle-Equidistance Modification, which aim is to raise bearing capacity and mesh efficiency. This paper also presents two kinds of indirect profile modification methods, which are simple in technology. All these results make the modification theory and methods of the conjugate profiles perfect.
