摘要: 本文提出了一种高效、高精度的工业机器人仿真方法——影响系数法。该方法实现了在微型计算机上对工业机器人进行全面仿真。用FORTRAN语言在IBM-PC/XT微机上编制了工业机器人适用仿真软件RGSP,并用此软件在微型机上对日产PT-600弧焊机器人进行了全面仿真,为该机器人的改进提供了理论依据。

Abstract: This paper presents a efficient and high precise method of industrial robot (IR) simulation, which is an influence coefficient (IC) method. This method realizes the simulation of IR on microcomputer. Based on it and with FORTRAN language, a IR general simulation program (RGSP)⑴ has been programmed on IBM-PC/XT microcomputer. The simulation of PT-600 are welding robot (PT-600) has been made on microcomputer by means of this program. And the results provide theoretical basis for improving the robot.
