摘要: 本文针对机械构件形状优化的特点,提出了一种使用边界元分域法进行形状优化的新方法,推导了用线性边界元计算位移、应力的敏度公式和分域后内边界的影响阵及面力的公式,对装载机动臂等构件进行了状形优化。

Abstract: A new shape optimization method using boundary element sub region technique is presented in the paper, which is suitable for the shape optimization of mechanical element. Linear boundary element is used to calculate the displacements, tangent stresses on boundary of structure. Sensitivity of displacement, stress is formulated. Formulas of effect matrix and tractions on the internal boundary in detail. A part of boundary of lift arm of a loader is re-designed to minimize the maximum stress on the boundary.
