摘要: 作者提出一种新的节能近50%的节能气动系统。简单介绍了系统的组成和工作原理,通过计算机仿真,系统地分析了各主要参数对其工作循环中各阶段特性的影响规律:特别深入地研究了蓄能气罐容积的选择问题。为提高生产效率、节约能源,设计和抗议应用节能气动系统提供了适用的数据和理论依据。

Abstract: The authors of this paper put forward a new Energy-Saving Pneumatic System (ESPS) which can save about 50% energy. The construction of the system and working principle as simply described here. By simulation on computer, this paper systematically analyses the effect of main parameters on each stage characteristics of it’s working cycle, especially about the volume choice of the accumulator. In order to raise productive efficiency, eave energy, design and spread ESPS, in this paper a lot of suitable data and theoretical foundation is provided.
