摘要: 本文用边界元法计算了工作辊的接触面力,给出了精确计算边界层域内应力的边界元法公式和计算表层淬火残余应力场的简便模型,从而计算了表层工作应力场与淬火残余应力场。通过工作辊综合应力场的计算得出了表层领域最大剪应力分布曲线,为工作辊剥落损伤原因的分析及改善措施提出了作者的见解。

Abstract: In this paper, the boundary element method is applied to calculate the contact pressure of work roll. A new formula to calculate internal stresses near the surface of the body by BEM and a new model to calculate quenching residual stresses are given. Accoding to the comprehensive stress, the distribution of maximum shear stress in the surface layer of work is obtained, the reasons of spalling on the work roll surface are analyzed, and some improvement methods are suggested.
