一种齿轮啮合传动状态的自动分类方法

摘要: 本文根据齿轮传动的特点和调制边带结构特征,提出了一种在倒频域上建立AR模型,以模型参数为特征向量,运用EUCLIDE距离判别齿轮传动状态的方法,这种方法描述简洁,针对性强,使用方便,可以提取与齿轮啮合状态有关的大量信息。最后以汽车齿轮传动箱状态分类为例阐明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: In this paper, according to characteristics of goers transmission and side-band of modulation, it provide a new method that AR model is established on the qunfrency domain, model parameter is value of characteristic and it applies distance of EUCLIDE to recognize gents transmission condition. At last, the paper takes the classification of car guars condition as an example to expound effectiveness of the method.
