摘要: 本文设计了齿轮刀具原始齿形的几种新型刀顶廓形,并用边界元方法计算了具有这些刀顶廓形的刀具加工得到的齿轮的齿根过渡曲线应力集中情况。探讨了新刀顶廓形设计的最优参数选择,使齿轮的弯曲疲劳寿命达到用标准刀具加工齿轮的3~4倍。

Abstract: In this paper certain new-types of top profiles of counterpart rack have been designed, and stress concentration on the gear fillets, which are out by these top profiles, has been calculated by using boundary element method. The selection of optimum designing parameters of new-type top profiles have been studied, which makes the bending fatigue strength of gears increased considerably.
