耐热钢拉削的鳞刺问题

摘要: 耐热钢Cr11MoV在拉削时,表面粗糙度较大,通过试验和分析,笔者认为这是拉削所产生的鳞刺现象,并提出了抑制鳞刺的几个方法:(1)使用含氯添加剂的切削液;(2)适当提高工件材料的硬度;(3)采用较低的拉削速度;(4)降低拉力前、后刀面的表面粗糙度,不留刃带。采取这些措施后,在拉削涡轮增压器的涡轮盘榫槽时,表面粗糙度降低了80%,拉刀的耐用度提高一倍以上。

Abstract: When broaching the heat resistant steel Cr11MoV. The surface roughness is rather poor. In this paper, having test and analysis that the seal results from broaching, and suggest that the seal may be inhibited by the following method: (1)Use of the cutting coolant containing additives of chlorine; (2)To properly increasing the hardness of the workplace material; (3)Lower speed of broaching may be used; (4)Depress the surface roughness of the face and major flank of the broaches, do not keep land on the major flank. To use these method, in broaching of the fir tree-form slots in turbine wheels of the turbocharger, the results is that the surface roughness is reduced by 80% and the life of the broaches will increase more than 2 times.
