摘要: 本文首先探讨了磨削表面波纹度的评价问题,提出了评价表面波纹度的两个指标:平均波幅值和表征波纹可见度的图纹系数,给出了这两个指标的具体求法和计算机模拟数据以及实测数据的计算结果。计算结果表明,所提指标及其求法基本上是正确的,能较全面地反映表面波纹的情况。在对外圆磨床动力学系统进行理论分析的基础上,对不同工件转速及不同工件装夹系统刚度对表面波纹的影响进行了研究,理论分析和实验结果都表明:在切深不变的情况下,工件转速的提高将使表面波纹的幅值增大,工件装夹系统刚度的减小,则使波纹的幅值减小。

Abstract: In this paper, the assessment of the waviness on ground surface is studied and two characteristic values concerning with assessing waviness is proposed. One of the values is the mean wave amplitude, and the other is image parameter to indented the visibility of the wave. The coterie solution of these values is given. Data of computer simulation and casual measurement of ground surface wave are calculated. The results show that all these values and their solution proposed in this paper are valid on the whole, hence it could describe the ground surface waviness. Based on the theoretical analysis of the dynamic system of grinder, this paper researches effect of rotational speed and workplace-centers system stiffness on surface waviness. Both the theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the increase of rotational speed of workplace will make the increase of amplitude of surface wave while cutting depth is constant and the decrease of the stiffness of the workplace-centers system will make the decrease of amplitude of surface wave.
