摘要: 本文采用有机电解液低温电解法和自射线照相方法,研究了球化元素Ce在工业铸铁和高纯Fe-C-Si合金各相中的显微分布。实验结果表明:Ce在石墨中含量高于其在基体中的含量;合金化Ce量随Ce残余量增加而线性增加;基体中Ce分布不均匀,它一般富集在液相最后凝固区。

Abstract: By means of the low temperature electrolysis with organic electrolyte and the radioautography the distribution of nodulizing agent Ce in cast iron and high purity Fe-C-Si alloy was investigated. The test results Show that the Ce contect in graphite is higher than that in matrix. Alloying Ce content increases with residual Ce content. The Ce in matrix distribtes non-uniformly concentrating in the last solidification zone.
