载荷跃变法测量m值

MEASURING m VALUE WITH LOAD JUMPING METHOD

摘要: 本文从应变速率敏感性指数m值的基本定义出发,导出无外推和外推载荷跃变法测量m值的公式,并给出测量装置和测量方法。通过力学解析,建立起m (△p)和m (△pt)、m l、m v、m p之间的函数关系,并得到实验证明。与现有拉伸法测量m值的方法比较,载荷跃变法简便、精确,装置简单,能避免变形过程中材料组织变化和加载系统滞后对m值的影响,而且和实际成形过程比较符合,可推广到胀形和挤压。还可用该法研究增载加载和减载加载对m值的影响。

Abstract: In this paper, from the fundamental defination of m value, the formulae of measuring strain rate sensitivity index m with un-extrapolating and extrapolating load jumping meth ^ ds were derived. And the design about measuring instrument and the measuring methods were also given. Through mechanical analysis, the functional relations among mop,me p,, MI, m? and mp were eastablished and proved to be correct through experiments. Through comparison with various kinds of measrring methods in tensile test, it can be concluded that load jumping method is accurate on results, simple on measuring method, and easy to be realized on the measuring instrument. And this method can eliminate the influnce on m value by the, change of material composition during deformation period and by stagnant of loading system. Moreover the loading process of this method is relatively consistant with real forming process. Thus this method may be populized to bulge, extrusion and etc, it also may be used to study the in flunce on m value by loading styles of load-increase and load-decrease.
