摘要: 本文利用CAD技术对凸轮连杆组合机构进行尺度综合;考虑了机构发生弹性变形对凸轮廓线综合的影响;提出了求解该类问题的一般方法。在数学模型推导过程中引入运动变量和设计变量,方便了整个推导过程。当考虑机构弹性变形时,只需对约束方程进行导数和变分运算即可得到相应的数学表达式。

Abstract: This paper presents a synthesis technique for the Cam-Link Combined Mechanisms. A general method of synthesis of this type of mechanism is proposed with the consideration of effect of elastic links on the cam profile. The state space variables and design variables are employed for a unified formulation of the system kinematic equations which can be obtained by means of differential and variational calculations. Structure of the computational algorithm to implement the formulations is presented and one synthesis problem is solved to illustrate the method.
