摘要: 本文简述了3000kW鼓风机中高速双圆弧齿轮的设计计算、制造和试验的方法以提高其质量、降低噪声。齿轮的圆周线速度为118m/s,设计负荷系数为163N/cm。经过精滚齿、氮化和珩齿,齿面粗糙度2Ra=0.3μm,精度为JB4021-85 5级。试验结果表明,在保持重合度的条件下,轮齿啮入羰经过适当的修薄,使齿轮噪声降低到92.5dB(A)。

Abstract: The paper presents a practical method of designing, calculating, manufacturing and testing high speed DCA gears to turbo-blowers with 3000kW power for getting higher quality and lower noise. The gears, 118m/s pitch speed and 163N/cm2 load factor, have been fine hobbed, nitrided and honed up to Ra 0.3 micrometer surface roughness and JB4021-85 quality level 5. The experimental results show that gearing noise has been made down to 92.5 dB (A) at certain ratio by appropriately relieving from starting mesh end to another.
