摘要: 通过对1972年以来国内外研究成果的综合理论分析,特别是根据1977年以来我们自己研究试验的成果,本文不仅提出了一种机理正确、切实可行的大型摆线针轮行星传动的合理结构方案,还提出了一种用普通工艺获得新颖、理想齿形的摆线轮齿形修正方法。由此不但可以有效防止胶合,而且可在不增加径向尺寸的条件下,成倍提高传递功率与转臂轴承的寿命。

Abstract: With reference to the result of research and experiments done at home and abroad since 1972, in particular our own achievement in research since 1977, this article promotes a rational and practical scheme for the construction of large scale cycloid Bearings and additionally presents a modification method for tooth profile on cycloid disk of a cycloid speed reducer using common techniques that will obtain a novel and ideal tooth profile .Thus, it could not only totally avoid the scoring of the teeth, but also would considerably increase the transmitting power and the life of the bearing of the rotational arm bearings without increasing the radial size.
