计入弹性动变形的圆柱形径向滑动轴承动力特性的研究

摘要: 本文用复数形式推导了滑动轴承中计入动变形时的扰动压力Reynolds方程及变形方程的联立方程组,以及动特性和稳定性计算公式。利用SAP5程序方便地取得了缩减的柔度矩阵。计算了典型情况下计入动变形时的轴承扰动压力分布、动特性和稳定性,并与只计入静变形时的结果作了比较和分析。可以看到,在一定条件下,这两种结果有显著差异,从而表明计入动变形的重要性。用尼龙轴承和青铜轴承进行了动特性测定试验,定性地证实了理论计算结果。

Abstract: A system of simultaneous eqations consisting of the Reynolds eqations of pressure perturbations in consideration of dynamic deformation and the deformation eqations of sliding bearings was derived in complex form. The formulae for the dynamic promperties and stability were also derived. A reduced flexibility matrix was 'conveniently obtained using SAP 5 program. The pressure perturbations, bearing dynamic properties and stability in cosideration of dynamic deformation in typical cases were calculated, the results were analyzed and compared with those only consider the static deformation. It was noticed that the difference was significant under certain conditions, themrefore the importance of dynamic deformation became evident. Masurements of a nylon bearing and a bronze bearing were made and the results confirm the theoretical calculation qualitatively.
