复合挤压规范化的上限模式及变形力通式

摘要: 本文应用上限法的基元技术,导出了模壁光滑时平面变形复合挤压的变形力通式,并提出了复合挤压规范化的上限模式。将该通式的计算结果与其它理论值及实测值做了比较;比较结果说明,无论是理想钢塑性材料,还是应变硬化材料,理论值与实测值吻合得都相当好。采用规范化的上限模式,可避开常规方法求上限解的浩繁数学推导过程,一目了然地确定上限模式的几何布局。因此,它是取得优化上限解的迅速、简便而有效的方法。

Abstract: This paper presents new general deforming force formulae of the plane strain combined extrusion with smooth container by the unit deforming region technique of U. B. T. and standardization upper bound modes of combined extrusion are developed as well. A comparison is completed among values from the formulae and other theories as well as some experiments. It is shown that the results are quite identical either the perfect rigid plastic material or the strain-hardened material. The geometrical arrangement of U. B. T. can be obviously determined by use of these standardization modes. It is a simple and effective method to obtain a optimum solution of U. B. T. rapidly.
