摘要: 本文研究低碳马氏体钢的显微组织和亚结构对塑性变形和断裂的影响。淬火自回火马氏体中存在ε-FexC和Fe 3C。马氏体晶条间有一定取向差。拉伸加载过程,裂纹萌生于马氏体束间的界面和马氏体晶条间的界面。断裂单元是马氏体束和马氏体晶条。

Abstract: In this paper, influences of microstructure and substructure on plastic deformation and fracture of low-carbon martensite steel have been studied. There are ε-FexC and Fe3C in quench-autotempered martensite. There is orientation difference between adjacent marten site laths. Microcracks were nucleated at the interface between martensite laths and interface between martensite packets. Fracture units are martensite lath and martensite packet.
