摘要: 本文利用超塑性力学方程式S (ij)=2/3K(ε e){sup}(m-1)ε (ij)对矩形断面条料在超塑性压缩状态下,采用主应力法与能量方程进行推导,得到变形力计算的理论公式。近拟地估计Zn-22%Al合金在250℃下的单位平均压力P (avc),与经验数值基本接近。

Abstract: This paper has used the equation of the superplastic mechanicsS (ij)=2/3K(ε e){sup}(m-1)ε (ij)for the rectangular strip during the compressing of the superplastic state, and the theoretic formulae of the calculation of the deformation were obtained by the derivation, of The equilibrium approach and power approach. The unit average pressure was estimated to be approximately to the experimental value for the Zn-22%Al eutectoid alloy at the tempera Pure 250℃.
