滚刀铲磨砂轮轴向廓线的精确计算

摘要: 本文应用作者在文献[1]中提出的“直接法”,严格导出精确计算铲磨砂轮轴向廓线的方程式,并编制了计算程序。上海工具厂自1979年以来,对m0.3,0.4,0.5,1等四种规格整体硬质合金渐开线齿轮滚刀和m0.3摆线齿轮滚刀,就新方法计算的砂轮廓线进行了铲磨试验。试磨结果表明,新方法计算的砂轮廓线是精确的,它使所铲磨滚刀的齿形精度和一次合格率得到明显提高,从百检验了文中所推导的方程式的正确性。采用一次封闭铲磨工艺以及这种新的计算方法,可以提高整体硬质合金小模数齿轮滚刀的制造质量,并且降低成本。目前,这种新计算方法已在生产中推广应用。

Abstract: It is proposed in this paper that an accurate method for calculating the dished grinding wheel profile for hob relief grinding is obtained by applying the `direct method'in reference[1]. A computer program has been written. The test results in Shanghai Machine Tool Works show that the relief grinding wheel profiles calculated by this method are accurate and the profile precision of hobs ground by these wheels is higher than the previous one-Now this method has been widely applied to production in this factory.
