摘要: 本文阐明了复合挤压的变形过程,并采用理想刚塑性材料模型,根据不同边界条件,建立了复合挤压时变形区的滑移线场。接着从已知的边界应力条件出发,求出塑性区的应力场和凸模端面上法向应力的分布规律。据此,求解了复合挤压力、计算值经过实验验证,误差不超过5%。另外,分析讨论了不同变形程度和有无截流的情况下,正挤压、反挤压和复合挤压的峰值压力之间的数值关系,提出合理确定复合挤压力的几点看法。从而,借助常用的诺模图,可以简易而准确地解决复合挤压力的工程计算问题。

Abstract: In this paper, the process of deformation in combined extrusion is expounded. Using the ideal plastic-rigid material model, according to different boundary condition, the slip-line fields of deformational zone during combined extrusion are established. And then, starting from known boundary conditions for the stresses, the stess fields of plastic zone and the distribntve law of normal stress on the end face of the punch are found out. On these grounds, the loading in combined extrusion is calculclated. The calculated values have been verified through experiments. Compared with actual values, their error is not more than five per cent. In addition, this paper analyses and discusses the value relationship among the peak loads of forward extrusion, dackward extrusion and combined extrusion under various rates of deformation and with or without cut-off. In order to reasonably determine the loading in combined extrusion, sevral views are presented. Thus, the problem of engineerig calculation of the loading in combined extrusion can be solved simply and accurately dy means of usual nomogram.
