摘要: 本文在以普通方向余弦矩阵作为分析工具的基础上,讨论了空间机构运动的各种同一性条件。应用同一性条件作空间机构位移分析的主要优点,是在建立位移关系式的过程中,可有意识地尽量避开不必要的中间运动变量,从而达到简化机构位移分析的目的。文中以空间七杆5R-2P机构为例,进行概略的分析。

Abstract: The present paper deals with various identity conditions for motions of spatial mechanism, based on the use of conventional direction cosine matrices as analytical tools. The main advantage of applying identity conditions to the displacement analysis of spatial mechanism is that it enables us to avoid as much as possible the unwanted intermediate motion variables and thereby simplify the derivations of required displacement relationships. As an illustration of this approach, the displacement analysis of a seven-link 5R-2P spatial mechanism is briefly given.
