摘要: 本文在研究与分析所有冲压成形方法的变形特点的基础上提出了新的冲压成形分类方法。根据绝对值最大的主应力方向上应力和变形的性质,可以把冲压变形划分为伸长类成形和压缩类成形两大类。这两类成形方法可以用冲压应力图和冲压应变图来表示,而且它们在这两个图上的位置有完全对应的关系。虽然这两类成形方法在本质上是完全不同的,但是同属于一个类别的成形方法却又都遵循着自己的共同规律。例如冲压成形极限的含义,它的影响因素和提高的措施等对同一类成形方法都是相同的。在这个分类方法的基础上还可进一步研究冲压变形的共同性规律。

Abstract: In this study, a new classification method is presented based on the analysis of various features of all classes of sheet-metal deformation. The pressing deformation is classified into tensile and compressive deformation according to the sense of stress and strain in the direction of absolute maximum stress. These two kinds of deformation can be illustrated by pressing strain diagram and pressing stress diagram, and there is a one to one correspondence between these two diagrams. Although, these two kinds of deformation are essentially different, but the pressing deformation of either follows an identical law, that is, the critical level of deformation, their influencing factors and measures to increase the critical level are all governed by the same laws. Thus many common laws of pressing deformation can be presented and further studied by this classification.
