柔性RSS机座动力学参数全局匹配与系统振动特性

摘要: 以柔性RSS机座-偏置滑动轴承转子系统作为研究对象,用“群举法”建立了柔性RSS机座动力学参数全局匹配理论模型和全局最优匹配算法,以M701F燃气轮机相关参数作为参照进行了数值计算,探讨了柔性RSS机座动-轴承转子系统振动特性及其影响因素,揭示了柔性RSS机座动力学参数全局匹配域和全局最优匹配对轴承转子系统振动特性的影响机理,提出了柔性RSS机座动力学参数的最优设计方法,为实际工程应用提供了柔性RSS机座全局匹配理论方法和最优匹配评价技术。

Abstract: Taking the rotor system of flexible RSS (Rotationally Symmetric Struts) support and offset sliding bearing as the research object, the global matching theoretical model of dynamic parameters of flexible RSS support and the algorithm of global optimal matching are established by using the "Exhaustive method". By referring the relevant parameters of M701F gas turbine the numerical calculations are carried out, and the vibration characteristics and influencing factors of the rotor bearing system of the flexible RSS support are discussed. The influence mechanism of the global matching domain and the global optimal matching of the dynamic parameters of the flexible RSS support on the vibration characteristics of the bearing rotor system is revealed. The optimal design method of the dynamic parameters of the flexible RSS support is proposed, which provides the theoretical method and the evaluation technology of the optimal matching for the practical engineering application.
