摘要: 针对圆柱滚子轴承热特性如何影响轴承内外圈变形等轴承接触力学特性机理不明的问题,开展了考虑温度、转速、润滑等参数影响圆柱滚子轴承内外圈位移及滚道应力特性的动态分析。建立了轴承系统热-力耦合有限元模型,通过测试轴承变形量以及网格尺寸合理性分析验证了有限元模型的有效性。分析了不同转速、润滑油温度与流速下轴承内外圈位移及滚道应力特性。结果表明,轴承套圈位移随转速的增加逐渐增加;润滑油温度对滚道应力的影响取决于轴承游隙的大小,低温润滑下轴承滚道应力较大;轴承从启动状态到热平衡状态过程中内外圈位移变化明显,不同套圈角位置处位移变化幅度不同,整体上外圈位移大于内圈位移。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the thermal characteristics of cylindrical roller bearings affect the deformation of the inner and outer rings of the bearing and the mechanism of the bearing contact mechanics is not clear, a dynamic analysis considering the influence of temperature, speed, lubrication and other parameters on the displacement and raceway stress characteristics of the inner and outer rings of cylindrical roller bearings is carried out. First, the thermal-mechanical coupling finite element model of the shaft-cylindrical roller bearing-bearing seat system is established, and the validity of the finite element model is verified by testing the bearing deformation and the rationality of the mesh size. The displacement and raceway stress characteristics of bearing inner and outer rings under different speeds, oil temperature and flow rate are analyzed. The results show that the displacement of the bearing ring gradually increases with the increase in speed; the influence of lubricating oil temperature on the raceway stress depends on the size of the bearing clearance, and the bearing raceway stress is greater under low-temperature lubrication; the displacement of the inner and outer rings of the bearing changes significantly from the starting state to the thermal equilibrium state, and the displacement changes at different ferrule angular positions are different, and the outer ring displacement is greater than the inner ring displacement as a whole.
