智能起重机货物装卸顺序优化与自动生成技术

Sequence Optimization of Loading/Unloading and Its Automatic Generation Technique for Smart Crane

摘要: 起重机货物装载和卸载顺序优化和自动生成技术是实现起重机自动化、智能化作业,提升起重机作业效率的关键技术。建立起重机搬运作业分析模型,定义起重机搬运作业环境和货物状态,进一步构建起重机搬运货物三维位置信息数据库;通过将起重机装载和卸载顺序问题定式化,并根据起重机实际作业要求,限定最短搬运距离计算中搜索对象货物的数量,提出新的搜索和优化计算方法,由此建立一种有效的起重机卸载顺序生成规则、装载顺序优化及起重机装、卸作业顺序自动生成方法。通过起重机仿真分析平台对装载、卸载顺序优化和自动生成技术进行了验证。研究结果表明,提出的方法可以快速、自动生成起重机货物装卸顺序指令,实现起重机大批量货物的连续自动搬运作业,为起重机智能化装卸作业提供了关键技术支撑。

Abstract: Sequence optimization of loading/unloading is a key technique for crane to realize the automatic and smart operation, and improve the operation efficiency. The analysis model of conveyance operation of crane is constructed, and the operation environment and cargo states are defined. Furthermore the cargo position information database is built. The problem of loading and unloading sequence of crane is formulated, and a new search and optimization method is suggested by limiting the number of searching objects in the calculation of the minimum conveyance distance according to the practical operation of crane. Consequently, an effective generation rule, optimization method, and automatic generation technique of loading/unloading sequence for crane are proposed. The effectiveness of the suggested method is validated by numerical simulation. The results show that the suggested method can automatically and rapidly generate the cargo handling sequence, thus the effective and continuous conveyance of large scale cargo can be realized. The suggested method provides technique support for crane to achieve smart operation.
