离心式压缩机试验中失速与喘振的识别

Identification of Stall and Surge in Centrifugal Compressor Experiments

摘要: 对离心式压缩机的试验来说,准确地识别出失速与喘振现象出现的具体时间、位置等信息非常重要。以某台带有叶扩压器的离心式压缩机为试验对象,利用多相位动态压力测试技术,对不同非稳定工况下压缩机内部叶轮通道、无叶区和扩压器喉部等不同径向位置处的动态压力进行同步提取。通过改变扩压器叶片角度,得到不同情况下失速与喘振现象的特征信息,从而对如何识别这两种典型非稳定流动现象进行分析和讨论,并提出一种基于混沌特性的判断指标,该指标可以衡量失速先兆和喘振波带来的压力波动变化中确定性成分所占的比重。经试验发现,该指标与压力的时域信号和标准差分析结果可以很好地相互对应,因而能对失速与喘振产生的时间和位置进行更准确地识别。

Abstract: It is crucial to accurately identify where and when stall and surge occur in a centrifugal compressor. A centrifugal compressor with a vaned diffuser is chosen as an experimental object. Based on the multi-phase dynamic pressure measurement technology, the pressure signals at different radial locations, such as the impeller passage, the vaneless space and the diffuser throat, are acquired synchronously at different unstable operating conditions. By changing the angle of the diffuser vanes, the features of stall and surge phenomena at different conditions is obtained. It is analyzed and discussed about how to discern these two typical unsteady flow phenomena, and an index based on chaotic characteristics is proposed which can measure the proportion of deterministic components in the fluctuation of pressure fluctuation caused by stall and surge. It is found that the index can correspond to both the real-time signals and the results of standard deviation analysis. Thus, it can identify the moment and position about the original occurrence of stall and surge more accurately.
