连接结构宏观滑移能量耗散特性研究

Investigation on the Energy Dissipation Properties of Jointed Structure during Macro-slip Stage

摘要: Iwan模型常用于描述连接结构的能量耗散与阻尼特性。基于六参数Iwan模型,推导得到宏观滑移阶段能量耗散-加载力幅值的解析表达式。提出基于螺栓连接结构宏观滑移试验的参数辨识方法,对六参数Iwan模型进行辨识。将连续的六参数Iwan模型离散为有限个Jenkins单元并开展有限元数值计算。结果表明,六参数Iwan模型解析解与螺栓连接结构试验结果符合较好;由于宏观滑移阶段接触界面存在残余刚度,螺栓连接结构在宏观滑移阶段的能量耗散-加载力幅值关系为线性关系;在宏观滑移阶段,有限元数值计算结果与解析解符合较好。六参数Iwan模型能够准确描述宏观滑移阶段螺栓连接结构能量耗散特性。

Abstract: Iwan Model is often deployed to describe energy dissipations and damping properties of jointed structures. The analytical expression of energy dissipation vs. applied force during macro-slip stage is derived based on the six-parameter Iwan model. Parameter identification method according to the macro-slip experiment of bolted joints is also provided in order to deduce the parameters of the model. A finite amount of Jenkins elements is obtained and further applied in numerical simulations. The results indicate a good agreement between the analytical results of the six-parameter Iwan model and the experimental data. A linear relationship of energy dissipation vs. applied force is obtained due to the residual stiffness acting on the contact interfaces during the macro-slip stage. The calculated results show a good conformity with the analytical ones during the macro-slip stage. It is shown that the six-parameter Iwan model can be used to well describe the energy dissipation properties of bolted joints during the macro-slip stage.
