Constant Speed Control Method of Variable Speed Input Fixed Displacement Pump-constant Speed Output Variable Motor System

Abstract: Based on the variable speed input fixed displacement pump-constant speed output variable motor volumetric speed control system, the constant speed control method is proposed. The mathematical model of constant speed control is established. The multiplying nonlinear characteristics and the calculation method of the variable motor swashplate angular basic value of the system are analyzed. The control method of using the steady state control value superimposing small signal linear compensation control value is used. Through the open-loop identification of fixed displacement pump-variable motor system, the system parameters are gotten. In addition, the influence law of the variable motor valve controlling cylinder response speed, motor swashplate angular and fixed displacement pump speed, to the control system are simulated and examined in constant current state. The control method is verified in the variable speed input fixed displacement pump-constant speed output variable motor volumetric speed control system. This experiment lays a theoretical foundation for expanding fixed displacement pump-variable motor volumetric speed control system applications.
