Abstract: The objectives of the decision-making problems for traditional outsourcing are usually three: Time, quality and cost. For networked outsourcing, a decision-making objective system of seven objective variables is proposed, which includes outsourcing time, outsourcing quality, outsourcing cost, cooperative information interaction ability, technology security and confidentiality, outsourcing resources guarantee ability, and knowledge accumulation and sustained development ability. A decision-making framework model of networked outsourcing resources selection is built. In view of the concealment and fuzziness of information in the decision-making process, a grey correlation algorithm of model solution is designed, and in view of the problem in the algorithm that the evaluator’s subjective preference will influence the weight of evaluation index, a determination method of subjective evaluation index weight based on subjective preference is proposed. Finally, an application example is given to verify the correctness and practicability of the decision-making objective system, the decision-making frame model and the solution method.
