Abstract: For the purpose to settle the problem that melting point of Ii-Zr-Cu-Ni filler metal is developed. On the basis of the experimental results in present work, the joint got a high strength because the original structure in base metal is preserved due to the relatively low brazing temperature, the same time the increasing of Cu in large extent in the filler metal Ti-Zr Cu may be the cause of the formation of continuous Ti2Cu and TiCu at the center of brazing zone which degraded joint strength seriously.
