OPTIMAL DESIGN ON MOVING AND STRUCTURAL PARAMETERS OF CRANKSHAFT CHAMFER ROLLING

Abstract: Aiming at the issue of sliding in crankshaft rolling process, the optimal mathematical model of rollers’ tangential cutting chamfer is established on the basis of kinematical analysis of chamfer rolling machining. Thus, a theoretical foundation for the rational design of contact roller parameters and that of working procedure is laid.
