SEVERAL QUESTIONS OF STRESS SHEARING BLANKING

Abstract

Abstract: On the basis of fracture design principle, we put forward the conception of stress shearing blanking and get on the experimental research. This thesis expound the basic conception and discuss the characteristic of stress shearing blanking, and define the suitable parameter, shears model and geometry angle which affect the shear quality. This technique both develop the method for precise blanking and add the new research content for crack technique.
