摘要: 通过再生盐Z-1的研制、工艺参数优选、多方面性能考核和生产实践,确定了LT(无污染硫氮碳共渗)新工艺。证实Z-1有调整熔盐成分的速效性和稳定性。多种工件经LT处理后具有良好的耐磨、减摩、抗咬死、抗疲劳和耐蚀性。本工艺强化效果稳定,应用面很广,对大气和水源无污染,已取得较大的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract: Non-polluting sulfonitrocarburization (LT Process) has been established after the study of Z-1 regenerated salt, the preferred selection of process parameters, various examinations of properties and practice. The Z-1 regenerated salt possesses the quick- action and stability to adjust the content of molten bath. The LT treated workpieces made of different materials have good anti-wear, anti-friction, anti-seizure, anti-fatigue and anticorrosion properties. The process is charateristic not only of technology stability and extensive applicability, but also nonpollution to atmosphere and water. The LT process has produced and it will produce a great deal of economic and social results.
