摘要: 本文分析了日本宫下阻尼器存在的几个问题,提出并设计了一种新型的三维可调阻尼比共轭阻尼器。理论和实验表明这种阻尼器可以有效地克服宫下阻尼器的缺点,为阻尼器在工艺系统中的实际应用提供了更为可靠的装置和手段。大量切削和磨削实验证明,这种阻尼器装置可以大大提高切削加工的表面质量。

Abstract: Analysing some problems existing in single face damper, A new type of three-dimension damper using double faces for squzeezing oil film has been advanced and designed in this paper. The theory and tests show that this kind of damper is able to overcome the weakpoints of the past one and adjustable to the damping ratio, has provided a method or device for the actul use of the damper in the cutting system. A number of cutting and grinding tests show that this hind of damper can greatly increase the accuracy of cutting and grinding faces.
