锤杆动态应力的理论分析

摘要:   采用应力波理论,分析研究了锤杆工作过程中的动态特性,在实验研究的基础上,建立了锤杆承受纵向冲击载荷作用时的动态数学模型。经过多种冲击负荷作用下的模拟计算,结果表明理论计算值和试验实测值相吻合并和实际情况相一致,因而从理论上解决了锤杆动态应力的计算问题。指出了一种能够提高锤杆使用寿命的有效途径。

Abstract:   A model hammer rod is treated as an object of study to explore the root causes of failure of currently used hammer rod. And according to the stress wave theory, a theoretical analysis of dynamic behaviour of the hammer rod is given to find the distributing and transmitting law of the dynamic stresses. Based on experimentations, a dynamic mathematical model of the hammer rod bearing the longitudinal impact load has been established, when considering the damping and dissipation effect of the falling body material and its construction. And then, some imitative calculations have been done with varied impact loads, the results are consistent with the experimental values and the statistical regularity of the hammer rod failure. So the problem how to calculate the dynamic stresses in hammer rod has been solved. On account of calculation results, an effective way, about improving the hammer rod bearing state and prolonging its service life has been put forward, too.
