大宽厚比冷轧带材压力摩擦力张力横向分布的研究

摘要:   在轧件宽厚比为625的条件下,用三次样条函数有限条法研究了冷轧带材轧制压力、两向摩擦力和前、后张力的横向分布问题。获得了轧后边浪、中浪和板形良好等三种不同板形条件下这些力参数的横向分布规律。计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,对板形控制技术的发展有指导意义。在计算中,用预位移原理计算停滞区的摩擦力,提高了计算精度。

Abstract:   Under the width to thickness ratio 625 of strip, the transverse distributions of the rolling pressure, the 2-directional friction stresses and the front and back tension stresses of cold strip rolling are studied by using 3-power spline function finite strip method. The transverse distributions of above mentioned force parameters are obtained in 3 cases of edge wave, center wave and good flatness of rolled strip. The computed results tally with experimental results well. This paper is of great importance to guiding the shape control. The frictional stresses of stagnation zone are computed by using preliminary displacement principle and the computing precision is improved.
