摘要: 我们从1972年起开始研究分阶式双偏圆弧齿轮,使凸凹齿廊的圆心都偏离节线,这种齿轮的齿廊都比相应的渐开线轮齿承载能力大得多,并即引进到工业生产中去。FSPH-75型齿廊在许多工厂中已成功的应用于软齿面或硬齿面的高速重载齿轮传动。我们还研究了硬齿面双偏圆弧齿轮,并有有限单元法和藉助于电子计算机计算了多种轮齿的应力强度。作者对双圆弧齿轮齿廊进行了一些革新,例如圆弧中心的双偏布置大大减少了跑合时间;增大h x到1.05h a值并作了齿顶修缘以达到平衡的运转等等。

Abstract: From the year of 1972, we began to examine the stepped bi-circular arc gear profile with both centers of convex and concave circular arc profile biassed from the pitch line. This kind of gear tooth profile has load bearing capacities much greater than the corresponding involute tooth load and instantaneously introduced to industry. Type of FSPH-75 gear profile has successfully used in many factories for high speed and heavy load transmission with soft or hard gear tooth surface. The shortening gear tooth of both biassed and bi-circular arc tooth profile for medium and low speed heavy load transmission with hard gear tooth surface has also been examined and used the finite element method to calculate the stress intensity with the help of electronic computer. The anther has made some reformations of bi-circular arc gear tooth profile which are stated in this paper, such as biassed gear profile to greatly minimized the running-in time, to enlarge the value of hx to 1.05 ha and make tip relief to obtain the most smooth transmission and what out.
