摘要: 提出了用于非圆截面车削进给机构运动特性的傅里叶分析技术方法,并分别对非圆截面形状特征和车削进给机构的速度、加速度等特性进行了分析,建立了进给机构的驱动力学模型。通过分析,能较准确的确定非圆截面零件的可加工性能及其难易程度,并为非圆截面车削进给系统的研制提取所需原始数据,有机地建立了非圆截面形状与车削进给机构运动特性之间的相互关系。

Abstract: A technical analysis method used to kinematic behaviors of feeding mechanism for noncircular sectional turning based on Fourier series is put forward. With analyses on noncircular sectional shape characteristics, feed speed and acceleration behaviors, the driving dynamics model of feed mechanism is built. This method can be used to determine its machinability and draw out the original data for development of turning feed system for noncircular sectional elements, and build the relationship of noncircular sectional shapes and the kinematic behaviors of turning feed mechanisms.
