摘要: 介绍了配置蓄能器的变频驱动液压电梯控制系统的节能原理。给出装机功率的计算方法,说明该系统能够极大降低装机功率。对电梯轿厢在不同楼层、不同负载工况运行的系统主要环节的功率进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,同样工况下该系统与其他典型的液压电梯动力系统相比,总效率高、能量损耗低,具有良好的节能效果。

Abstract: The energy-saving principle of VVVF controlled hydraulic elevators with pressure accumulators is introduced. The calculating method of installed power of the improved hydraulic elevator is presented, and so it is clear that the installed power of the system can be reduced greatly. The experimental power characteristics of the elevator hydraulic circuits are obtained under different working conditions. Compared with other typical hydraulic elevator power systems, this improved system has higher overall efficiency and lower energy consumption.
