摘要: 对50D钢三点弯曲试样的有限元分析与实验结果表明:不同裂纹深度试样裂端应力三轴性各异且不能满足HRR场约束强度要求是造成J主导失效及启裂J I随裂纹深度变化,不是材料常数的本质原因。提出了一个新型弹塑性启裂准则,并利用现有的实验结果证明J (vi)是与裂纹深度无关的材料常数。

Abstract: The FEM analyses and experimental results showed that the stress triaxiality in the crack tip regions of bend specimens with different crack depths vary with each other and are unable to meet the constraint intensity required by HRR solution is the principal reason leading to the losing of J-dominance and the dependence of Ji-value on the crack-depth, which is no longer a material constant. A new elastic-plastic fracture criterion Jvi=Jif (vσm/σ) at initiation has been proposed and proven to be a material constant independent from crack-depth by experimental results presented.
