摘要: 基于磁性能分析计算的复杂性,提出了一种计算永磁齿轮传动力矩的有效方法。根据永磁体等效电流模型理论,建立了径向磁化永磁齿轮传动机构传动力矩的三维计算数学模型,并采用三维有限元法对模型进行了理论验证。结果表明建立的传动力矩数学模型是正确的,非常适用于永磁齿轮结构参数分析与优化设计。

Abstract: Based on the complexity of analysis and calculation of magnetic behavior, an efficient method is put forward for the torque calculation of permanent magnetic gears. A formula is presented for computing the transmitted torque of radially polarized permanent magnetic gears by the equivalent current theory of permanent magnet. This formula, which is based on three – dimensional analysis, is verified using three – dimensional finite element method. The result shows the formula is accurate for torque calculation and is well suited for the parametric analysis and optimal design of permanent magnetic gears.
