摘要: 以客户参与为核心的可重用设计是面向大规模定制设计的一个重要特征。设计检索是设计重用的一个关键技术之一。针对基于相似度范例检索存在的不足,将神经网络引入设计检索的研究之中,提出了基于神经网络的设计检索模型。并且通过对模糊需求信息的建模,使设计检索模型更适合于表达设计重用的工程实际。仿真和实例表明,基于神经网络的设计检索方法优于一般的基于相似性范例的检索方法,尤其在基于模糊客户需求信息进行设计检索时,相应的检索效果和柔性更好。

Abstract: Customer-centered reusable design is one of important feature of DFMC (Design for mass customization). Design retrieval is one of the key technology for design reuse. In allusion to insufficiency of design retrieval based on similarity , the Neural Network is introduced into design of case retrieval and a model based Neural Network is proposed. By modeling for the fuzzy requirement information, the model for design retrieval is more adapt to the design reuse engineering fact. Simulation and practical application show that the design retrieval method based on Neural Network is better and more effective than the general method based case similarity, especially in the design retrieval for fuzzy requirement information, the retrieval result is more flexible.
