摘要: 根据2K-V型传动中摆线轮与针轮的啮合关系,建立了实际齿廓的啮合误差与传动精度惯性的计算式,并提出了综合啮合误差这一量化误差集合来评判传动误差,使得加工公差与传动精度有一个定量的关系,从而为研制开发高精度摆线齿2K-V型传动的加工制造提供了依据。结合实例的计算分析和试验测试,验证了所建立的啮合误差与传动精度关系和所作计算的正确性。

Abstract: According to the engage relation of cycloidal gear with the pin wheel in type 2K-V transmission, the formulas of relationship between transmission precision and mesh error of the actual profile of gears are established; then a synthesis mesh error is proposed as a quantified concourse of error to judge the transmission error, therefore the machining tolerances relative to basis for machining high precision 2K-V drives with cycloidal gears. With the calculation and experiment test records of typical example, the correctness of the relationship and calculation is confirmed.
