摘要:   讨论了窄斜齿轮的对角修形区域选择原则,提出一种高效率加工对角修形窄斜齿轮的方法——对角修行径向剃齿法,利用啮合原理推导了三锥面砂轮磨削对角修行径向剃齿刀的计算公式。在半消声室内测试了对角修形齿轮和不修形齿轮的噪声级。结果表明,对角修齿轮可降低噪声2dB(A)

Abstract:   The selection criteria of diagonal modification area of narrow helical bears is discussed. A high-efficiency machining method of the diagonal modification gears is presented ——the diagonal modification plunge shaving method. By means of the meshing theory meshing equation that three-cone gringing wheel grind the diagonal modification plunge shaving cutters is derived. In a half-anechoic room, the noise levels of diagonal modified gears and unmodified gears are measured. The results demonstrate that diagonal modification gears can reduce noise 2 dB(A).
