摘要: 介绍了一种新型平衡轴封装置,它代替多级泵的平衡盘及其后的轴封,既能平衡轴向力,又基本上无泄漏,因此平衡装置的泄漏损失可以完全收回。一般多级泵采用该装置后,泵总效率约提高3%~6%(节能效果4%~10%)。该装置的原理适合于所有多级泵(包括深井潜水泵),目前在扬程300m以下的几种泵上试用,证明节能效果显著。

Abstract: A new type balance axial force equipment which can replace balancing disk and axial seal behind the disk can balance axial force and keep from leaking as well. Therefore the leakage loss of the balancing divices can be regained completely. The total efficiency of ordinary mulistage pump can be raised 3 to 6 percent (the effcet of saying energy is 4 to 10 percent) approximately by using the new type balance axial force, The principle of the equipment is suited to all kinds of multistage pump, including deep, well submersible pump. The devices are experimently used in several kinds of pumps under 300 meters head recently and are proved that the result of saying energy is apparent.
