摘要: 首先构造了一个与坐标变换无关的机构连杆曲线轨迹描述函数,然后对其进行傅里叶变换,通过提取一定数量的傅里叶级数来精确描述任一机构的连杆运动轨迹曲线。接着,给出了定量描述任何两条封闭曲线轨迹几何特征匹配程度的度量计算公式。最后,在通过一个实际算例验证了该计算公式有效性的基础之上,给出一套完整的连杆轨迹电子图谱生成方法及期望轨迹机构的检索反求算法。

Abstract: In this paper, the coupler curve of any mechanism is described by an designed function at first. Through specific Fourier transformation, any coupler curve can be stored as a series of coefficients independent of mechanism type. In succession, one formula designed to analyzing the coefficients is used to compare any two coupler curve’s shapes accurately. By storing the coefficients and associated dimensions of a large number of dimensional variants for one particular mechanism type, a catalogue can be created. Catalogues for wide variety of different mechanism types are combined together in a library. A method whereby this library can be created and searched to find the best “matching” mechanisms for subsequent optimization design as a path generator is discussed at last.
