非匀速活齿机构的传动原理及典型结构

摘要: 由于活齿传动具有结构紧凑,承载能力强,工艺性好等突出优点,将其扩展到非匀速传动领域。以推杆活齿传动为例,介绍非匀速活齿机构的基本结构,利用简单的余弦函数构建内圈齿廓方程,并根据给定传动比函数,建立外圈齿廓方程;对活齿机构连续传动的判定准则,传动效率以及内,外圈齿廓与推杆之间的压力角进行讨论,为非匀速活齿机构的设计提供了理论依据;根据活齿机构中推杆的初始位置,将其划分为两种基本的传动机构,分别固定内圈,外圈和活齿架后,演化出十种具有不同传动特性的非匀速活齿机构。建立具有椭圆齿轮传动特性的活齿机构,分析同一组设计参数下,活齿齿轮组装结构不同时的十种传动效果。仿真示例表明,非匀速活齿机构设计制造简单,能实现的变速传动效果多样,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: Thanks to characteristics of compact structure, high load strength and good manufacture technics, the movable teeth transmission is expanded to the nonuniform transmission filed. The basic structure of nonconstant mechanism with movable rods is introduced. The profile formula of inner ring is constructed by simple cosine function and the outer is built under given transmission ratio. The continuous rotation condition, the transmission efficiency and the pressure angle among the rods, inner and outer rings of movable teeth device are discussed, which could provide theory base for its design. In addition, according to the initial position of movable rods, the mechanism is divided to two basic types. Ten different results are developed by fixing the rods, inner ring and outer ring separately. A movable teeth device with kinematic feature of elliptical gears is designed. An analysis of ten motion types of the mechanism is made under a set of same geometric datum. The simulation states that the nonuniform mechanism with movable teeth has bright application prospects by means of simple manufacturing process and transmission diversity.
