摘要: 为在机械式自动变速器(AMT)换挡过程中达到节省燃油、降低发动机噪声、提高换挡平顺性和减少离合器滑磨的目的,综合最速控制和模糊控制的优点,提出了Fuzzy-Bang Bang双模态发动机转速控制算法,并在SC6350小客车AMT样车上进行了换挡试验,取得满意效果。

Abstract: To reach the goal of lessening fuel consumption, engine noise, shift jerk and clutch friction work in the shift process of automatic mechanical transmission, a Fuzzy-Bang Bang dual mode control for engine rotate speed is put forward by taking advantages of time optimal control and fuzzy control. The control algorithm is applied to SC6350 minibus with AMT and proved to be promising by the test.
