摘要: 对有误差和热处理变形的真实齿面啮合理论进行了系统的研究,提出了一套适合于各种齿轮类型真实齿面啮合分析的理论及方法,通过试验得到了验证。本系统对齿轮的精度评估,加工误差、热处理变形及测量所用标准齿轮的误差补偿,都有较大的实用价值。

Abstract: The meshing theory of real tooth surface with error and heat treating deformation is studied systematically. A set of theory and method for analyzing real tooth surface meshing is put forward to adapt to different types of gears, and it is tested and verified by experiments. This system is practically valuable for gear precision appraisal and compensation of machining error, heat treating deformation and error of standard gear used for measurement.
